Artist profiles to feature on Cavan Arts

To have your artist profile featured on www.cavanarts.ie
You must fill out this ‘Artist Submission Form’ and return by email only to kduffy@cavancoco.ie with 3 to 5 examples of your work as specified in the form by 3pm 22nd April 2015.
To help you decide what content should be included in your application please see sample form for artist - Vincent van Gogh and 5 examples of his work as a structure to follow. Please read the FAQ’s on the last page of the form. If they do not answer any questions you may have, you can contact me at kduffy@cavancoco.ie
The artist profiles will be listed under 10 core art forms. See link http://www.cavanarts.ie/Default.aspx?StructureID_str=66
