Health and Safety Briefing for Artists and Producers

 

A Health and Safety Briefing for Artists and Producers will take place at Townhall, Cavan on Wednesday 12 January 2022 from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.   

 

This briefing will cover the basics of health and safety matters essential to the management of arts and cultural programme.   It is specifically intended for artists and cultural producers.

 

Adrian Jackson, Director of Operations at Safety Solutions will provide this training.  

 

The briefing organised by Cavan County Council Arts Office will last approximately 2 hours and will include opportunities for Questions and Answers.

We remind those considering attending of the protocols in place at Townhall, Cavan.

 

With this in mind, please note that MASKS MUST BE WORN WHILE YOU ARE IN THE BUILDING.

The venue runs at 50% capacity as per new government guidelines for indoor events. Cinemas & Theatres 50% capacity with a COVID-19 Pass (includes accompanying minors)

Therefore, we respectfully request that you bring proof of vaccination or proof of recovery from Covid-19 with you.

We also require that you bring proof of Identity.

We assure you that these will just be assessed manually by a member of staff and no records of any kind will be kept by Townhall Cavan.

And remember that MASKS MUST BE WORN WHEN IN THE BUILDING.
