NYAH, meaning the heart or the lift in the music, is led by local musician Martin Donohoe and features living traditions of Irish music from across the country.

NYAH - The Living Tradition Festival

This festival is the brain child of Martin Donohoe and friends to bring traditional music back to the heart of the contemporary music scene.  It has grown each year and made it possible for the All Ireland Fleadh Cheoil to come to Cavan three years running.
