Blutack & The Greenhorns
7 brass necks from the central tropics of Cavana are on a quest. This crusade will take some raw funk and place it in a preheated oven (gas mark iv), grill some natural disco and jazz for 5 minutes on each side while steaming some lycra tight horn chops before mixing in an organic rhythm section that's right on the money. Season with some bluesy rock before serving with some fresh lemongrass vocals.
Certainly these guys know their way around a horn, maybe a groove or three for the night that's in it and of course the old Ikea kitchen. While their infectious grooves are enough to recommend this effort to anyone with a pulse, it's all that ridiculously greasy funk that drips from their fingers and collects in the gutters of your ears that'll leave you reaching for their extra fat dessert menu.
Funk Appetit.

Kathy Durkin & Friends
A native of County Cavan, Kathy Durkin is one of Ireland’s leading female entertainers and recording artistes over the last 30 years. Her voice has been described as being distinctively *IRISH* being both strong and of great clarity.
Kathy came from a very musical family. Her late father Eugene Leddy, a talented fiddle player, had one of the most successful céilí bands in Ireland in the 50’s and 60’s. They also were the first céilí band to play live on national radio.
Kathy has had a prolific output of singles and albums during her career. She has proved that she is an artist of talent and commitment to the Irish music industry. Her version of the "Working Man" spent an incredible one year in the Irish charts, and was voted best single in Ireland in 1991 and 1992. She has recorded many albums over the years, both country and Irish which have featured well known songs such as "Home Away From Home", "The Old Man", "Hard Times", "Town I Loved So Well", as well as “Midnight to Moonlight”, “Daddy Frank”, “Down At The Twist And Shout”, Jones On The Jukebox” and “Blue Kentucky Girl”. Kathy released an album to celebrate her 25th Anniversary in country music “Two Sides of Kathy Durkin that includes almost 50 songs including all her hits. In the last 15 years Kathy has toured with her son Andreas across the United States with artists like Tony Kenny, Andy Cooney, Paddy Noonan and many more. They have also performed on many Caribbean cruises alongside Ronan Tynan, Johnny McEvoy, Derek Warfield and the Young Wolfetones and comedian Noel V. Ginnity.
