The Listening Room - Saturday 14th October 2023
A host of Cavan Venues 11am to 4pm approx.
A mystery music trail in Cavan town where a selection of venues will host a singer / songwriter for a 20-minute slot. The performers selected by an independent adjudication panel will be recorded live on the day and a CD will be compiled featuring one song from each artist. One lucky artist will have an opportunity spending a day working and writing at ‘Quivvy Church Studio’ under the guidance of Don Mescall!
Venues include Johnston Central Library, Farnham St, Latte Da, Thomas Ashe St, Multisound, Main Street, Café Mana, Main St, Insomnia, Main Street, Cavan Gifts, Main Street, Datse’s, Townhall Street, Connolly Brothers, Main St, and with the final 2 performances at the Courthouse, Farnham St, Cavan.
